The practical bits, so everyone knows what to expect before the leash comes out.
Walks and prices
Group walks are €16 for 60 minutes, solo walks are €22 for 45 minutes and puppy walks are €14 for 30 minutes. Prices are per walk. There is no membership fee. Your booking summary shows the days and total before you confirm. The current checkout is a demo: no card is charged online. Please confirm payment arrangements directly with Clara.
Meeting and matching
A free 20-minute meet-and-greet can be requested while booking. New dogs need Clara's approval before joining a group walk. Group walks have a maximum of four dogs, including Trufa when she joins. Reactive dogs walk solo; puppies under six months take puppy walks. Small dogs only join a calm, compatible pack; two unneutered males are not placed together. A female in heat pauses group walks until that period has passed and may be offered a solo walk. Clara may suggest a different walk if a group is not a good fit.
Changes and cancellations
You can skip or move a walk without a late-cancellation charge until 24 hours before it starts using your private booking link. A change within 24 hours or a no-show remains chargeable at the walk's usual price. If you cancel a series, future walks stop. Keep your manage link private because anyone with it can manage that booking.
Waitlists and weather
A place on a waitlist is not a confirmed walk. If a suitable place opens, the site may assign it to a compatible dog. If conditions are unsafe, Clara may move or cancel a walk and will arrange the next steps with you. The published timetable and availability can change.
Looking after your dog
Please provide accurate details about your dog's health, behaviour and access needs, and keep them up to date with Clara. Make sure your dog is ready for pickup at the agreed place. Clara will make reasonable decisions for dogs' safety during a walk.
